Mr. Davis, commonly called “Uncle Tom” by his staff and family friends, has over 14 years of experience in developing and running different humanitarian projects all across Ghana. As Country Director of Projects-Abroad for more than a decade, he was the key person in setting up many volunteer projects in Ghana, and effectively running them. We are certain that with his experience and that of his staff members, you will have an unforgettable volunteer and vacation experience in Ghana.

Mrs. Julie Noomah
Julie Noomah, often referred to as mama Julie, equally has over a decade of experience taking care of volunteers as soon as they arrive in Ghana.

Host Families
Projects of Heart host families will make you feel special as they will like to see you come back to Ghana to visit them. You will be provided with their traditional food prepared to the best of their ability. They will teach you about their culture, dance, food, and even tell you the meaning of their given names, as well as their dreams for the future.
Although they try to comfort you and make your stay a memorable one, they wouldn’t hesitate to tell you about the occasional water and electricity service interruptions without notification. Nevertheless, it is the last thing they worry about.
